What I’m trying to say is, it’s not all doom and gloom. In fact, there is a tremendous opportunity for entrepreneurs to create crazy wealth and industry dominance – if you’re aware.

The AI Acceptance Spectrum

Here’s what I see:

There are 5 types of entrepreneurs right now. There are those who…

  • Ignoring the changes
  • Refuse to believe there are changes
  • Are in denial of the changes
  • Are adapting to the changes
  • Embrace the changes and are setting themselves up for industry DOMINANCE

Today, I want to talk to those who are curious about AI and want to learn about some emerging trends and opportunities that can take your business to a whole new level!

Back to the Basics – What is AI?

AI, or Artificial Intelligence, refers to the development of computer systems and machines that can perform tasks that would typically require human intelligence.

These tasks can range from simple tasks like recognizing voice commands or recommending a movie, to more complex tasks like driving a car or diagnosing diseases.

AI isn’t new; we’ve been indoctrinated with it for a while now.

Here are a few examples:

  • Fraud Detection: AI is used by financial institutions to detect fraudulent transactions. The algorithms analyze patterns and behaviors to identify anomalies and flag suspicious activity. This helps prevent fraud and protect customers’ accounts.
  • Navigation Apps: Apps like Google Maps or Waze use AI to provide real-time traffic updates and suggest the fastest routes. They analyze data from users’ phones, traffic patterns, and road conditions to calculate the most efficient way to get to a destination.
  • Image Recognition: AI is used in image recognition software, like Google Photos or Facebook’s facial recognition feature. These algorithms can recognize people, objects, and locations in photos, making organizing and searching through large collections of images easier.
  • Email Filters: Most email services have spam filters that use AI to detect and filter out unwanted messages. These algorithms analyze the content and behavior of emails to identify patterns and determine whether a message is spam or legitimate.

Enter Web 3.0

Ready for this? I am going to sound super smart right now! In its simplest form, Web 3.0 is the next evolution of the internet, designed to be more decentralized, intelligent, and user-centric. Essentially it’s going to be more personalized, efficient, and connected.

Here are a few examples:

  • Personalized Recommendations: When you browse through Netflix, Amazon, or YouTube, you might have noticed how the recommendations are tailored to your interests. This is AI at work, analyzing your past behavior and preferences to suggest content you’re likely to enjoy.
  • Digital Assistants: Digital assistants like Siri, Google Assistant, and Alexa have become an integral part of our lives. These assistants use AI to recognize voice commands, answer questions, and perform tasks like setting reminders or playing music.

How else will AI show up? I have no idea. We are in uncharted territory right now. We are all learning this at the same time.

One thing I know for sure is that there will be two types of people:

  • Early adopters who will be quick to embrace the new possibilities and applications of AI in Web 3.0, exploring innovative ways to leverage the technology for their own benefit.
  • Skeptics who will be hesitant to embrace the changes, sit on the sidelines, wake up a couple of years down the road, and wish they had stayed plugged in.

It might sound harsh – but it’s true.

That said, you are here today because this new way of life has piqued your interest. So, what can you specifically do to take advantage of these emerging trends?

I’ve got a few things for you to consider…

Capitalizing on the AI landscape can give business owners a competitive edge by providing exciting optimization solutions. With these technologies becoming increasingly accessible and affordable, entrepreneurs who leverage them can unlock new opportunities, increase efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth.

Personal Connection

As AI continues to evolve, people will look for real personal connections. While AI can facilitate communication and make interactions more efficient, it cannot replace the emotional connection that comes from human-to-human interaction. This is where video marketing comes in.

Video marketing allows you to connect with your audience on a personal level, convey a more engaging message, and build a sense of trust and authenticity.

Through videos, you can share your knowledge, experiences, and stories with your audience in a more relatable way, leading to a stronger emotional connection and higher engagement.

Here are three top AI tools for business that you can use to connect with your audience in a more meaningful and personalized way:

  1. Personalized video messaging: Cullen recently introduced me to VideoAsk. VideoAsk is a video-based communication tool that allows users to create and send interactive videos to their audience. The platform enables users to ask questions, provide feedback, and engage with their audience in a personalized and conversational way.
  2. AI-powered chatbots: Chatbots like, Drift and Intercom, use AI to provide personalized conversations with website visitors, answering their questions and helping them find the information they need. This can lead to a better user experience and a stronger connection with you and your business.
  3. Virtual event platforms: If you’re hosting online events, you should check out some new tools like Hopin and Airmeet that enable you to host virtual events such as webinars and conferences. They allow you to connect with your audience in real time and provide an interactive experience. These platforms also offer AI-powered features such as matchmaking and networking to help attendees connect with you and each other – which is super cool!

Content Creation

I talk about this topic almost every week. But, to leverage the online environment when growing your business, you have to embrace creating content consistently.

Let’s start off with what content creation does for your business. Creating content:

  • Builds your brand awareness.
  • Establishes your expertise and authority.
  • Helps drive visitors to your website and offers.
  • Fosters personal engagement.
  • And provides value to your audience.
  • Which ultimately leads to more connections, followers, and customers.

Here are three key content AI tools I highly recommend you log into and start using:

  • Chat GPT: This is hands-down one of the best tools to create content at lightning speed. If you haven’t looked into this yet, you should definitely schedule some time to do it – soon. The thing about Chat GPT that I want to caution is that the output is definitely affected by the quality of the input. The better you guide this tool, the better quality you will get. And the last point I’d like to make about Chat GPT is that I would look at it as an accelerant to your content creation process. It doesn’t replace your knowledge, experience, and unique point of view – it enhances it.
  • Descript: Descript is a powerful transcription and audio editing tool that can help you create high-quality podcasts, videos, and other audio content. With Descript, you can edit your audio by editing the transcript, saving you time and simplifying the entire process. They even have a feature where you can record your voice, and it will create an AI dub of you that can be used to read copy that you provide it. I’m currently working with this tool to create some of our online training courses. If you’ve ever done audio recordings, you know how frustrating it can be to edit out the mistakes and filler words. Descript makes it super simple to do this.
  • Otter.ai: Another tool that we started using a few months back is Otter.ai. Otter.ai is a speech-to-text transcription tool that can help you create accurate transcriptions of your audio and video content. Here are a few ways we use it:
  1. We have a service called The Content Creation Machine. It works by clients sending us a video recording of themselves hosting a live call, event, or pre-recorded training. We upload the video to Otter.ai, which extracts the transcript. Then our copywriters take the transcript and massage it into an SEO blog article for the client. This process ensures we properly capture the client’s unique point of view, tone of voice, and all the key points they want to be included in the blog article. It’s a perfect system.
  2. In the past, we’ve struggled to get clients to take the time to write blogs. Oftentimes, they would tell us that “they aren’t writers.” Which is not true! While they may not write, they can communicate – and that’s what writing is! That said, you can use Otter.ai to voice-record your thoughts and ideas, then follow the same concept I just shared. It’s a great way to capture your thoughts (without them having to be on video). Then we can turn those educational pieces into amazing SEO blogs that bring more visitors to your website.
  3. And lastly, if you want to create captions and subtitles for your videos, this is a great way to do it as well.

There are a ton more tools I could mention, but this will get you started. The last area I want to share some insight on is AI sales tools.

Sales Tools for Ultimate Revenue

Leveraging AI tools can help you improve sales performance by streamlining and automating your sales processes. This can also enhance your business’s sales effectiveness, increase revenue, and gain a competitive edge in today’s market.

Effective tools for remote coaches

I think we are long past remote coaching being categorized as an emerging opportunity – but I still want to mention it briefly.

If you’re not leveraging Zoom in your business, you should be. I’m sure most coaches and consultants transitioned to including this tool in their operations over the last few years, but if not, here are a few benefits to consider. Using Zoom to conduct meetings:

  • Saves time
  • Expands your market
  • Allows you to record your calls (this is helpful for training purposes and can deliver added value to your clients)

But, aside from the obvious value, did you know that there are AI tools you can connect to Zoom to boost its power? Here are two you should look into:

  • Fireflies.ai: Fireflies.ai is an AI-powered meeting assistant that can help you capture and transcribe your Zoom calls. This can be helpful for note-taking, follow-up, and training purposes.
  • Fathom Notetaker for Zoo: This AI-powered tool integrates with Zoom to automatically transcribe and summarize meetings in real-time. It can also identify key points and action items and create a summary to share with attendees, saving time and improving meeting productivity.

Another tool you might find helpful to generate more sales is:

  • Headline Analyzer: This AI-powered tool can help you craft attention-grabbing headlines that drive clicks and engagement. It analyzes factors such as emotional impact, word balance, and length. It provides insights and recommendations to help you create headlines that resonate with your target audience and improve your sales conversion rates.

A Word of Warning…

Shiny object syndrome can be a real issue when selecting and using these powerful AI tools. It’s important to remember that tools are only as effective as the user and their ability to leverage them in business to save time and money or deliver more value.

Constantly chasing after the latest and greatest tools can distract you from your core business goals if you’re not careful.

I recommend evaluating whether a new tool aligns with your overall strategy and supports your specific needs and goals before adopting it. Also, give yourself enough time to fully learn and integrate new AI tools for business into your workflow before moving on to the next one.

Embracing AI for Industry Dominance

As we move forward into the years to come, it’s important to recognize that the rise of AI technology presents a wealth of opportunities for us all to thrive.

With the right tools and strategies, you can leverage the power of AI to build stronger connections with your audience, create high-quality content, and boost your sales conversion rates, among many other things.

Embrace the possibilities of AI, and become an adopter who sets yourself up for industry dominance.

But don’t dive in chasing every tool that comes your way. Schedule time to plan your success. Get focused and adopt the right mindset. Find the tools that will allow you to scale and grow as you serve your clients in a more meaningful way.
